The Charitable Gift Annuity: As Timely as Ever
Over the past few years, the Charitable Gift Annuity (“CGA”) has received a substantial amount of attention from the philanthropic community. This effective planning tool remains one of the most popular charitable gifts among our Ministry Friends because it provides attractive, lifetime fixed payments and substantial tax benefits.
